Do i need to prepare the property for shooting?

Yes, please! The more prepared and cleaned the property is, the quicker the shoot can be and the better the final photos will turn out. If you want a checklist, download this PDF guide.

how long does a shoot last?

The average 2000-3000 sq. ft. home takes about 60 minutes to shoot photos, including drone work. Matterport 3D Tours and Floor Plans take approximately another 60 minutes. Video work takes another 30-45 minutes. We try our best to be quick and concise, but also not miss any details.

can i request certain shots?

Absolutely! In fact, we love getting input ahead of the shoot. We try our best to accommodate your wishes. Not everything can be done, but the more detailed you are up front, the better the end results will be. There is space on our contact form to list out anything specific you might want.

what if i need to reschedule?

We can be pretty accommodating, as long as it’s at least 24 hours before the shoot. We always check the weather for the location a few days in advance, and might even reach out to you if things don’t look good.

what service areas do you cover?

We’re located out of North Branch, MN, which is about an hour north of the Twin Cities. Generally speaking, we shoot in about an hour radius of us which would cover the Twin Cities and northern suburbs along with some of western Wisconsin. However, we’re willing to travel…we could always use a paid vacation to Hawaii 😁! For locations outside of a 25 mile radius of North Branch, we do add a travel charge for time and fuel.

how long does it take to receive my files?

We aim for a 24 hour turnaround for real estate listings and have yet to not meet that deadline for basic photo edits. Videos, Matterport, and Floor Plans take up to 48 hours. Virtual staging or other complicated edits can take longer. Once the shoot is over, we’ll send out an invoice. As soon as that is paid (and the photos are edited) we’ll send everything over to you.
